Dorinda Rolle, MBA, has held a variety of leadership positions in nonprofit organizations over the past 20 years. She is a past chamber of commerce president and has provided consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, executive coaching, board development, fundraising and organizational development to mid and large size organizations nationally and internationally. She has served on a number of nonprofit boards and holds memberships with various professional and civic associations. Dorinda is a past president of the San Antonio Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and is currently president of the San Antonio Association of Organization. She is also a visiting professor in the Nonprofit Management Program with the University of Texas at San Antonio and conducts seminars on business and nonprofit management topics. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in business and management, a Master of Business Administration degree in management from Webster University and is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas where her doctoral research focuses on leadership development. David Patrick, MS, has nearly 40 years experience in leadership positions. He was the President and Chief Operating Officer for a national association that provided the membership programs and services to some of the largest not-for-profit participatory sports organizations in the world. In this executive capacity he led a dramatic change in organizational culture by emphasizing the core business values, instituting accountable financial practices, focusing on the people, building relationships and partner-ships, stressing continuous improvement and the need for exceeding expectations. David was equally successful as an Air Force officer in several responsible and challenging leadership and Human Resources positions, completing his career as a Colonel. His human resources experience includes directing recruiting/staffing, employee relations, development/ training and career management efforts. He led and implemented recognition, affirmative action, performance evaluation, and compensation and compensation/benefits programs. Beth Myers, MSW, has over 19 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently she served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas where she was responsible for the overall administration of agency programs and resource development. Under Beth’s leadership, the agency became one of the largest Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates in the nation. Beth is successfully experienced in board development, staff development, resource acquisition, financial planning and management, fund development, mission performance, corporate partnerships, community relations, communications and human resources. Beth received her BS in Social Work from Southern Illinois University. She received her Master of Social Work with a specialization in Planning, Administration and Community practice from Arizona State University. Beth has held several leadership positions both locally and nationally. Beth has been recognized for her achievements in many ways. In 2002, she was recognized with the 40 Under 40 Rising Star Award. Also in 2002, Beth was recognized by Governor Perry, for her efforts on the Governor’s Mentoring Initiative Task Force. Beth received the 2005 Community Service Award from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In 2006, Beth was selected as large agency CEO of the year by Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
